Mark Sullivan. His first book, Hawaii's Tropical Drinks and Gelatin Party Shots, was released in June 2006 and contains recipes for over 70 tropical and frozen drinks, a terrific Bloody Mary, and over 80 Jell-O Shot cocktails. His latest work, the recently released Hawaiian Tropical Cocktails, is a collection of 90 cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages that feature locally grown ingredients such as lilikoi, papaya, guava, mango, pineapple, Kona coffee, and even a few drinks made with poi.

Mark Sullivan currently lives on Oahu and has over twenty years experience in the beverage industry, having worked as a bartender in the early 90s at the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows and later at the Big Island Steakhouse in Waikoloa. He moved to Oahu in 1994 where he crafted his cocktails at Indigo Eurasian Cuisine and at the Big Island Steakhouse at Aloha Tower Marketplace.
