Estara is an international sound healing and movement educator, sacred dance and recording artist, speaker and author. In the "Healing Power of Sound" workshop experience the power of sound as a healing tool to quiet the mind, release stress, boost the immune system, relieve pain and anxiety, help with sleep disorders, balance the brain hemispheres, awaken higher states of consciousness and create a deep state of relaxation and mind, body, spirit connection. The presentation will include experiencing the Harmonic Tuning Tubes, specially designed instruments that produce scientifically researched sound frequencies of nature and the universe.
