Trish Doyle

Doyle

Trish Doyle before establishing Beyond The Limit Consulting Inc. in Australia in 1996,

was an inspiring teacher and trainer in the field of inclusion in Early Childhood Education. A learning gap was identified and Beyond The Limit was birthed with the desire to inspire ‘all’ people to grow and live beyond their current life circumstances.

Work in Australia was across all levels from families at grass roots in community to University level and also involved work with indigenous and multi cultural people groups.

Beyond The Limit’s work at all times including people with disabilities (or unique needs) and challenging all to ‘think out of the box’ for whatever their life circumstance presented.

The Leadership work in community development around inclusion inspired systemic change in Western Australia with the value of inclusion being the motivation as a basic human right toward full citizenship and a life full of possibilities.

In 2005 H.O.P.E Outreach Inc. was established in Australia, and just recently here in Kona, as a non-profit outreach to families of people with disabilities. The focus being on strengthening families for the journey of life and assisting them to develop a positive vision of hope, Trish is well aware and well trained in applying such passion to every day practical terms, having 2 sons with unique needs.

Her own personal journey recently released in the book: “Be Not Afraid, Only Believe” also encapsulates that which she teaches and is an inspirational, authentic read.

When it comes to family leadership and personal development, innovation, attitudinal shifts and transformation, the evidence is in her work with people.

Her belief that the adversity quotient in our life can bring out the best in us is seen in and

through her workshops, or non-profit outreach. People are valued, built, inspired and informed and become enlightened to champion their family member with a disability.

When this happens it awakens ‘the gift’ and means the person (with or without a disability) is able to exceed low expectations society places upon them. Her work inspires ‘all’ people who desire to live “Beyond the Limit’ toward a more fulfilling life, developing the whole person with a sensitivity to our ‘being’ and our creativity’.

The shift and change inspired goes beyond individuals and family to permeate community spirit and trail blazes a path that includes ‘all’.

Trish embraces the unique being we were all created to be and her intention is for this to further enhance people and  their creativity in communities across the globe.

The desire of Trish and the work of ‘Beyond The Limit’ is to inspire and encourage all people to grow and live beyond their current life circumstance.
