Jane Finnell is the author of "The Zen Kitchen", a wonderful holistic approach to eating healthy. Jane grew up in Northern Michigan where she began her culinary journey at 15. She moved to the interior of Alaska in 1980 where she worked, played and raised her children for 23 years. Finally growing weary of 40 below winters she moved to the south slopes of Mauna Loa, on the Big Island of Hawaii, in 2003 where she now lives blissfully with her husband John, 4 dogs and a cat.
